Chestertown Women's Circle- September

Welcome to the Chestertown Women's Circle! Join us for community connection. Let us come together to share stories, support each other, and build lasting friendships.

Our priority is to create a safer spaces for authentic expression and connection. This is an opportunity to be part of a community that uplifts and celebrates each other.

The September circle will be about celebrating our internal and external harvests! Bring a drinking vessle- there will be lots of Cheers!

Location: This in-person event will be held on Lucky Pick Farms (218 Round Top Rd, Chestertown).

What to Expect:

• Arrive and get comfortable
• Opening- discussion of theme or inspirational topic
• Open time to share (not required, wittnessing is just as important)
• Closing of the circle

What to Bring:

• An item to share: food, drink, a song, tarot cards, a poem, flowers, etc.
• A gobblet/glass/drinking vessle of some sort
• A beverage of choice

Community Guidelines - To maintain the integrity of our circle, we ask that all participants honor the following:

• This is a confidential space, meaning personal stories that get shared in this space do not leave this space
• This is a space for witnessing, not problem-solving. Advice is only welcome when explicitly requested.
• Hate or judgmental language will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.
• We honor everyone’s right to share (or not). No one is required to speak; silent presence is just as valuable.
• We are mindful of the time and space we take up. We will hold each other accountable to ensure everyone who wants to share has the opportunity.
• This is an inclusive space. Non-binary folks and those identifying as women are welcome to join. Both gender-neutral and gendered terms will be used.

About your facilitator: Mary Aline has been gathering women in circle since 2015. She is a women’s health advocate and has a rooted passion for creating sacred spaces for learning, connection, and empowerment.
