Teresa Reiniger is the owner of Life After Grief, a coaching business to help individuals find capacity for happiness again after loss. She is also a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and partners with On Angels' Wings directly to serve the organization's recipients and volunteers in the St. Louis area.
In a group setting, the main lessons are taught to the entire group, and then you are in small groups of 2-3 people for private sharing. You do not have to share anything with the whole group unless you want to.
The meeting details are as follows:
> Held in person at 743 Spirit 40 Park Drive, Chesterfield, MO
> Monday evenings for 8 weeks
> January 12 - March 2, 2026
> 6:00-7:00pm (the last two sessions may end up going until 8:00p)
> Please make appropriate arrangements for children. Childcare is not provided.
You will need to purchase the accompanying handbook through Amazon or another retailer so that you have it in time for the first class (about $10). A purchase link will be provided with your confirmation email.
This program also requires a commitment to all 8 weeks for it to be successful for you; the absolute last day to join the program is week two. You can only miss one week overall, absolutely not the last two weeks.
