It is easy to compare chess and jazz as they both require similar abilities, such as creativity, adaptability, a good understanding of space and structure, decisiveness, great knowledge of the past, passion and focus.
Chess & Jazz Berlin finally joins together what belongs together in a monthly event at Transit Bar/Restaurant on Schlesische Straße in Kreuzberg. All you have to do is drop by, play a nice game of chess and listen to great live jazz!
There will be 15 chess sets for everyone to use and you can always bring your own board and pieces to make sure you are not lacking a set.
