Area residents can fully immerse themselves in art and fall fun on Saturday, September 27, from 12-6 p.m., during Cherry Hill Village’s ARToberfest. Presented by Canton Township and the Village Arts Factory, this one-day artisan fair is sponsored by Blink Eyecare, Edward Jones of Cherry Hill Village, Expressions Music Academy, Jacob Matthew Jewelers, StoryPoint Canton, Uptown Salon, Village Church, and The Village Dentist. The event will take place in Preservation Park (500 N. Ridge Road) and at the Village Arts Factory (50755 Cherry Hill Road), as well as on Ridge Road. Additional festivities will include food trucks, an Oktoberfest beer tent, a stein-holding contest, as well as a youth art fair. The Cherry Hill Potters Guild will also host a Fall Exhibit and Pottery Sale.
Live entertainment will also be featured, along with a range of engaging fall-themed activities for children, including the Detroit Institute of Arts kids’ craft tent, as well as lawn games along with seasonal refreshments such as cider and donuts.
