Brisbane-born flautist Lilly Yang completed her training at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) in 2021 under the guidance of Virginia Taylor. ANAM is the only professional performance training institution of its kind in Australia and one of few in the world. Lilly is an active orchestral musician has worked with Orchestra Victoria (OV) Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) Canberra Symphony Orchestra (CSO) as a casual flautist. She also maintains a number of active chamber projects as part of the Estrel Flute & Harp Duo and the Elara Flute Duo.
AMANDA PANG - PIANO

Amanda is an Australian-born Chinese pianist currently based in Melbourne. She completed her Bachelor of Music with first-class honours (2018) at the University of Queensland as a student of the late Dr Max Olding. She was also awarded the Music Honours Prize and a University Medal for outstanding achievement upon graduating. In 2021 Amanda completed her training at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) with Timothy Young and was given the prize for ‘Most Outstanding Program’ for her final recital. Last year she was awarded the ANAM alumni creative residency grant which enabled her to develop further as both a curator and performer. Currently Amanda is working as a soloist collaborative pianist and teacher. When not at the piano she stays active through Chinese Lion Dancing. She loves the celebratory nature of the art form and seeing the joy and excitement it brings to people of all ages.
