Enjoy the energies of Svadhisthana or Sweetness. You embody passion and creativity when your second chakra is alive, active and well. This is a group for women. Open to all womb-based able bodies and disabled bodies.We will be drawing upon the element of water and the sacral energies this Sunday, November 16 at Awakened Dance in Anoka from 3-4:30pm through meditation, guided imagery, free-form movement and mandala artwork.
