Cherish: The Conscious Date Night for Couples

Join couples therapist Joe Summerfield for a relaxed and nourishing evening that includes:

• Luxury organic cacao and lotus flower ceremonial drink
• Elements of guided mindfulness practice
• Practical activities that support communication, understanding, appreciation, and closeness in your relationship
• Finding community with other couples

The date night will have a different focus and offering each month. This month, the focus will be on communication. You will learn to:

• Make use of powerful communication tools together at home
• Integrate mindfulness and connection into the culture of your relationship
• Deepen mutual understanding
• Collaborate in conflict with compassion and ease
• Move away from reactiveness and towards expansiveness

"These evenings are inspired by the work I do privately with couples. Many of the couples I work with can make great strides in the health of their relationship simply by creating more time for intentional connection. This is exactly what I am offering in these date nights. Beyond that, the tools and activities we work with will be valuable for your relationship ongoing."

Booking

Please book 2 spaces per couple. These evenings are inclusive and suitable for couples of all ages and stages of relationship - the group is all the richer for broad representation.

Practicalities

Please arrive at 6:15pm

We are unable to admit anyone to the group after 6:25pm - this is important for holding a safe container for the group.

The event will end promptly at 8:40pm.
