Course 1: Welcome SnackBeer: Kentucky CommonCrispy Country Ham Chips & Chow-chow Cream Cheese Dip with Soft Pretzel Bites– Smoky, salty country ham chips with a side of chow chow dip made from Kentucky Common and cream cheese. Served with warm soft pretzel bites for dipping.
Course 2: SaladBeer: Creekside Pale AleBaby Greens with Sorghum Vinaigrette, Toasted Pecans & Goat Cheese– Mixed field greens tossed in a sorghum-bourbon vinaigrette, garnished with candied pecans, goat cheese crumbles, and pickled shaved red onions.
Course 3: Main AppetizerBeer: Winks DunkelBeer-Braised Bratwurst with Warm Apple-Onion Slaw & Soft Pretzel– Bratwurst slow-cooked in Dunkel, grilled and served with caramelized apple-onion slaw and a warm pretzel with beer mustard.
Course 4: EntréeBeer: Family Dog Hazy IPABBQ Plate– Smoked pulled pork with sorghum-chili glaze, white cheddar grit cake, and tobacco onions. Served with a drizzle of Kentucky BBQ sauce (sweet + heat). And a square of cornbread.
Course 5: DessertBeer: Natural Bridge IPA
IPA-Spiked Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding– Warm bread pudding with chocolate chunks and a hint of hop-forward IPA baked in, topped with whipped cream or beer caramel.
