Silk reeling spirals are the foundation of traditional Chen style Tai Chi practice. Silk reeling is a set of repetitive rotating, curving, coiling and spiralling movements combined with whole body relaxation, opening and closing movements, body alignment, rooting and breath work. This workshop will explore the art of the Tai Chi spiral and integrated body movements. Everyone welcome, all levels training together.Dates: Saturday 25 May from 11.00am to 2.00pm.
Duration: 3 hours.
Cost: £27 per person pay in advance.
Number of Students: Limited to 8 places. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Level: Everyone welcome. No experience needed.
Format: Students must have the physical ability to stand and move around slowly for the duration of the workshop.
