Join our volunteer Jenny, along with members of the Menopause and Cancer community, for a wonderful walk and talk in Pittville Park, before stopping for refreshments at Central Cross Cafe in the park! Here you can connect over shared experiences and support one another, meeting people who truly understand your story.

You will be meeting Jenny at the cafe where you will start your walk, which will be no longer than 1 hour, before finishing up back at the cafe for refreshments and a catch-up.

It is a wonderful chance to connect with the community, make beautiful new connections and get moving! This will be a very casual but beautiful way to meet those who understand your story the most.
