
About this Event
This high-intensity interval training class will challenge your body and boost your energy with a mix of bodyweight strength and cardio exercises.
All levels are welcome to join. Please bring your own mat or towel, as those will not be provided, and be prepared with water, sunblock and anything you need to remain comfortable in the sun.
Classes are weather dependent. You will receive an email at least 2 hours prior in case of cancellation due to inclement weather.
Class will not take place on Memorial Day (May 26) and Labor Day (September 1).
