Welcome to Chell's Charcuterie Rustic, Italian style Class with eight Wine Tastings at Total Wine & More!
Our hands-on, interactive charcuterie class is more than just a workshop; it’s an experience that brings people together through the love of food.
Whether you’re a seasoned entertainer or a novice, this class will elevate your skills and teach you how to design and present a stunning charcuterie board.
Come join us for a fun and educational evening on Friday, 5/16/25 @ 6:00 in the tasting room at Total Wine & More, West Hartford. Learn how to create the perfect charcuterie board while sipping on 8 delicious wines. We will focus on italian meats and cheeses to create a rustic style charcuterie board.
During this in-person event, you will get hands-on experience designing a charcuterie board with a variety of meats, cheeses and fruits. Create a salami flower, provolone rose and more. Michelle will guide you through the process and provide simple tips and tricks to elevate your charcuterie life.
Included: 9" Bamboo board- 4 cheeses - 2 Meats - Fresh Fruit- Dry Fruit- Fresh Herbs- Crackers
*All tools needed will be provided but not included.
You will also have the opportunity to sample a selection of 8 different wines carefully chosen to complement the flavors of your charcuterie board. It's the perfect way to unwind and socialize with friends.
