About this Event
Join local organizations as they engage in a day of learning about partner services, networking, and other valuable resources. Staff make new connections and foster existing relationships to better assist their clients. Innovative tools and other resources are shared to help staff understand all the services available in our region and who provides them. It’s a day filled with learning to assist workers, job seekers, and businesses to access wide-ranging workforce preparation programs and services.
Goals of the day:
- Build and foster partner relationships.
- Learn about education, training, career development, employment, and other services in our community to meet your customers' needs.
- Gain valuable tools and resources that encourage partner collaboration and increase customer access to programs.
- Develop a customer-centered service mindset through hands-on activities.
Who should attend?
Anyone who works with the public to help people achieve lifelong success and self sufficiency. This includes front-line staff and supervisors at non-profits, community based organizations, government entities, and service focused businesses.
