A fully-hosted, sociable night for Wiltshire foodies (and drinkies) who fancy a night of being wonderfully wined-and-dined. We've thought of everything. You'll feast on very best British foods (from land & sea) and taste totally toast-worthy wines alongside. This menu has been conceived from the combined brains, skills and innovation (plus a fair sprinkle of banter) of three top-class chefs. They've pledged to support one another in their respective pub kitchens to deliver three nights jam-packed with to-die-for dishes.
Head Chef Hugh kicks-off the first of the three nights at the Red Barn, Blindley Heath, followed by Head Chef James Braithwaite at The Lamb, Hindon and our very own Head Chef Phyl Dankwa to finish off the series.
