Savor the best of the season with Club Il Cavallino Bistro’s Chef’s Signature Harvest Dinner — a thoughtfully curated three-course prix fixe menu that celebrates local ingredients and Italian-inspired creativity. Each dish is designed to reflect the freshest flavours of the season, expertly crafted by our culinary team. This elegant dining experience offers a rotating selection of appetizers, mains, and desserts that change with the harvest.
This seasonal menu will include the following:
STARTER COURSE:
Roasted Pumpkin, Corn, and Lobster Bisque (Served with chive and ginger cream)
OR
Autumn Harvest Salad (Organic greens, lacinato kale, butternut squash, julienne of carrots, bacon, goat cheese, almonds, dried cranberries, roasted shallot vinaigrette)
MAIN COURSE:
Duck Celestine (Crispy pan seared duck breast, cherry jus, bacon, red skin potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, demi glace)
OR
Pork Tenderloin (Sous vide pork tenderloin, apple raisin gastrique, potato apple gratin, roasted root vegetables)
DESSERT:
Apple Tarte Tatin (Served with house-made French vanilla ice cream)
Reservations are required as we will have a maximum of 32 seats for the evening. The largest table size accommodated will be 8 people (please call (519) 979-2937 if you would like to inquire for a larger party). There is no limit on time for your stay.
Your ticket will include your entire three course prix fixe meal as well as HST and gratuity. Beverages will be sold separately, and yes, we are fully licensed so beer and wine will be available for purchase throughout the evening!
