Chef's Dinner: Taste of Capri (Icons Of Capri)

Sit at our table and watch our Scuola Chef prepare a multi-course meal right in front of you, step-by-step. Learn about the history, culture, and traditions of the dishes of Capri while relaxing and enjoying a curated Italian dinner. Then get hands-on and make your very own ravioli capresi to take home along with our recipes to recreate the dish at home. 

In this dinner class guests will: 

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Capri. 

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make traditional caprese dishes like Ravioli Capresi and more. 

• Make your own Ravioli from scratch by hand.  

• Enjoy a selection of Italian dishes selected by our Scuola Chef featuring Capri traditions. 

• Take home the fresh pasta you made. 

Menu: 

• Scallops crudo with colatura di alici, Tuna tartare with basil oil served with crostini accompanied by a selected wine pairing 

• Ravioli capresi accompanied by a selected wine pairing 

• Torta caprese served with limoncello and coffee brewed by the chef 

Nota Bene: 

• Please note, if purchasing a single ticket, you will be seated at a table for two with another individual. Tickets are individually sold, and one ticket will give you access to one seat. Seating is first-come, first-served 

• Please notify us in advance at [email protected] if you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies. If we are not notified ahead of time of any allergies/dietary restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate them. 

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 19 or older. 

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.

Payment, refund & cancellation policies

Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. For groups of 4-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. For groups of up to 3 guests, a minimum of 2 days' notice is required to receive a credit for a future class or event at La Scuola. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable ONLY for future La Scuola events and cannot be used to register for events in other parts of the marketplace or exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.
