Witness these chefs show off their plating and presentation skills, challenge their culinary repertoire blend flavours into a delicious 5-course plated set menu to celebrate the end of their intense training course.
Occasionally we invite guest winemakers who present their top wines which are also available for purchase. A full bar service is available.
