Join culinary arts instructor Violeta Trujeque, owner of Violet Velvet Cooking Classes, in a cultural and cooking presentation of Arroz con Leche (rice pudding) and Horchata (sweet drink made out of rice). This is the perfect program to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
