This time, the theme is a friendly and casual "BISTRO". Casual doesn’t mean cutting corners—we’re all in. Once again, we’ve invited French chef Tomo Urata to create an authentic bistro experience. Come and see what real bistro cooking is all about!
Born in Japan in 1982, Chef Urata began his culinary journey at Tokyo's acclaimed Ginza Grape Gumbo, where he perfected his craft over seven years.
His impressive career led him to France, where he worked in some of the world's most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens: Relais de la Poste, Régis et Jacques Marcon, and Maison Troisgros. These elite experiences have shaped his culinary expertise, elevating his creations to the highest standards of French cuisine.
Following his tenure as Executive Chef at Mifune NY, Chef Urata returns to New York with even more refined skills and inspiration. His innovative dishes, crafted with precision and artistry, are infused with a rich tapestry of influences.
