Chef Night with Chef Mike Collantes from Taglish: Filipino American Fare
Join us for a new iteration of the beloved Chef Night. Come gather and enjoy a new generation of craft.
"Kamayan" is the traditional Filipino form of eating “with your hands” and is served in a communal style feast served on banana leaves. We invite guests to explore this tradition as Chef Mike Collantes shares on Taglish's Filipino-American culture.
We hope this dinner encourages community, share culture, and foster love and excitement for Filipino cuisine in a very fun, relaxed and lively atmosphere.
This month’s Chef Night is sponsored by Tupperware through its Empowered Asians of Tupperware employee resource group. The proceeds from Chef Night go to support our nonprofit mission: to empower students and their communities through seed-to-table experiences. Through generous supporters like you, we can continue to bring meaningful educational experiences, that develop confidence and competence, to students of all ages. We are excited to also support Taglish restaurant on their endeavors. As a participant in Chef Night you will also be contributing to the new food concept, Kamayan Supper Club by Taglish.
All guests must be ages 21+
