Chef Joe Peroney's Speakeasy Pasta Class at Co-Sign
Join us for an exciting pasta class with Chef Joe Peroney at Co-Sign Speakeasy! Learn how to make delicious pasta from scratch and impress your friends and family with your newfound culinary skills. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a seasoned chef in a fun and relaxed environment. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
Light snacks will be provided at the start of the event and your ticket get you one free beverage (to be picked for a choice of 3 at the event). Two pasta dishes will be served at the end of class.
One dish will consist of hand cut noodles chef Joe pairs with white truffle butter and parmesan.
The second dish with be Joe's homemade lasagna. 24 layers of pasta, cheese basil and sauce. This will change your life.
All pasta that you make in class you will take home.
This class will be contain gluten and dairy and we will be unable to accomidate any dietary restrictions.
