About this Event

Chef Chris, co-founder of the groundbreaking cannabis pop up series Cosmic Supper Club, returns to Naked Kitchen to share his unique perspective on the most important meal in Peru, lunch.


A 6th generation Californian, Chris’s culinary journey started at his family's ranch, foraging for mushrooms on the coast of Mendocino. On finishing culinary school he immediately went on to cook at Quince in San Francisco, before moving to Peru cooking at Astrid y Gaston for three years. During this time he fell in love with the Peruvian culture, and married his wonderful wife, Sandra. On returning to the states Chris cooked again at Quince for another three years, concurrently the restaurant was awarded its second and third Michelin star. Upon leaving the QPA group Chris worked as CDC at Seven Hills, while developing their sister restaurant, a Peruvian-Californian concept named Collina. Unfortunately 2020 had other plans and the restaurant was never able to open.


Chris has been operating as a full time Private chef since the beginning of 2022 and this is the first opportunity for the public to experience the vision he has long been manifesting.


Our five course tasting menu is priced at $120 (w/ non alcoholic beverage) with an option for a natural wine pairing for $40 additional. You will pay for wine pairing upon arrival ( we are asking to do this through pay pal or venmo). There will be one seating on both days, lunch will begin at noon and end at 2:00pm.


Due to the style of this lunch no dietary restrictions will be accepted, thank you for understanding.
