Alex, our chef patron, has chosen three Italian dishes that he will prepare 'in full view' - think Saturday Kitchen where you will be the audience! He's also bringing along a surprise co-host for the demo.
With Chef Alex's extensive travels, expect plenty of banter, a story or two, and most of all good food, good company and good wines.
