Chef AJ , a chef, culinary instructor, and professional speaker who was inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame in 2018, has been devoted to a plant-exclusive diet for over 43 years. She is the host of ‘Chef AJ Live’ on YouTube and Healthy Living with Chef AJ on Foody TV. Her outrageously delicious plant-based desserts are gluten- and sugar-free and contain no added salt or oil.
