Chef Adrian Wu有10年專業西餐和歐式烘焙的經驗,其料理以植物性材料做基底,擅長多層次的口味以及現代華麗的擺盤。近年來旅居奧地利與法國,曾在維也納著名的米其林一星素食餐廳Tian旗下,以及巴黎法式高級素食餐廳Gentle Gourmet任職。
自2015年開始,Chef Adrian Wu在法國、俄羅斯及亞洲各大城市,展開高水準、獨一無二的Vegan烹飪教學活動,廣受歡迎,並為許多台灣和亞洲的餐廳提供指導服務。2018年,一整年在巴黎擔任甜點主廚;回到台灣後,一直從事純素烘培教學至今。

Almond Milk

Gruyere
A hard Swiss cheese with a refined flavour. We've added miso, a staple Japanese ingredient, to highlight its fruity aroma, suitable for pairing with bread, nuts and fruits.
