• Spend a day discovering cheesemaking in an actual working dairy – learn how we turn 1500 litres of raw cows milk into Yoredale Wensleydale.
• See the process then make your own baby Yoredale – we will age this for you and post out once it’s ready.
• Visit our maturing room – taste through different cheeses as we perform some grading. Learn how to test a cheese is ready using a cheese iron.
