About this Event
You will learn how to make Camembert - a moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese. It is similar to Brie, but tends to be a little less creamy and a bit stronger in flavor. A wonderful cheese! You will go home with about a 1/2 pound wheel that you made yourself!
Class fee - $50
Maximum class size - 12
Take home kits that will make 2 one gallon batches will be available the day of class for $10. Raw milk from Valley Milk Simply Bottled is available to take home at $8 a gallon - but you will need to pre-order the milk by sending me a message.
