Cheesemaking - BLUE X 2 Cambozola & Valley Blue

First time offering - 2 blue cheeses in one class. Usually they are taught seperately at $65 a class - here you get both for $75! You will learn how to make Cambozola and Valley Blue (my own blue recipe) and take home an 8 ounce wheel of both to age. Your handout will contain these two recipes and many more like Stilton, Roquefort, Buttermilk Blue & Gorgonzola! You will learn all the techniques you need to know to make all of these amazing blue cheeses.
