About this Event
Stilton, Roquefort, Cambozola, Gorgonzola - the list of cheeses in the wonderful world of blues is long! In this class we will make a Valley Blue - a full flavored, creamy blue cheese that is ready to eat in just 4-5 weeks, an original recipe. Valley Blue uses several different techniques that will prepare you to make just about any blue cheese you want to make! You will take home about an 8 ounce wheel of cheese to care for/age and then be able to enjoy.
Class fee - $65
Maximum class size - 12, minimum - 5.
