We are delighted to welcome Tracey Colley, a leading figure in the cheese industry with over 20 years’ experience. Tracey has worked as an award‑winning deli owner, senior account manager and events organiser for Harvey & Brockless, and now serves as Founding Director and Operations Officer at the Academy of Cheese. She has judged at the World Cheese Awards, the International Cheese & Dairy Awards, and the Artisan Cheese Awards.
Tracey is dedicated to supporting cheesemakers and cheesemongers through education and industry development. Her contribution to the sector has been recognised internationally: she was awarded Companion of Honour by the Guild Internationale des Fromagers in 2022, and in 2024 was appointed Chevalier in the Ordre du Mérite Agricole by the French Minister for Agriculture and Food Sovereignty.
