We're excited to host our first-ever festival celebrating all things cheese! Saturday, November 15th the Huron Ave shop will be transformed into a cheese lover's paradise both inside and out. Highlights include: a vertical tasting of different ages of Marcel Petite Comté, wine and cheese tastings, a live demonstration of how we crack a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano as well as cracking a wheel of Emmentaler, visiting cheesemakers and other producers, food for purchase like Raclette, Tartiflette, grilled cheese sandwiches, baked cheese, and more! This event is free and open to the public; no need to RSVP or purchase a ticket.
