Welcome to our CHEERS TO THE LAND BEER DINNER!
Join us for a delicious evening at Deschutes Brewery Bend Public House where we'll be celebrating The Cheers to the Land Organization. Enjoy a delightful evening with a four-course menu paired with carefully selected beers, all highlighting farm-to-table creations This in-person event promises to be a night to remember, filled with great company, fantastic food, and of course, amazing beer. Let’s raise a glass to sustainable dining and community support!
$60/ Person Gratuity NOT Included
Beers:
1. 10oz Patagonia Kernza Lager or Patagonia Kernza Golden Ale Non-Alcoholic
2. Farmhouse Cider
3. 16oz Cheers to the Land Fresh Hop West Coast IPA
4. Black Mirror American Style Barleywine
Four Courses:
1. Amuse Bouche – Goat cheese croquette with a pickled cranberry coulis
2. Starter – Homemade Old Bay, fried basil and Cheddar biscuit with apple butter and a garnish
3. Main – Pave sweet potato with a sage brown butter and spiced walnuts/ lightly smoked trout with spicy crispy chilies and a celery root puree
4. Dessert – Sticky Toffee Pudding
