1st Course: Broccoli and Brie Soup

2nd Course: Blackened Crabcakes over a bed of spring mix topped with White Remoulade Dressing

3rd Course: Blackened Bayou Chicken –Blackened Chicken Breast, cornbread dressing, rich crawfish Tasso cream sauce

4th Course: Salmon Oscar – Salmon seared with herbs, sauteed garlic shrimp and spinach, red hot potatoes, hollandaise sauce

5th Course: Peach Foster Cheesecake – cinnamon streusel cheesecake topped with a caramelized peach sauce.
