Cheam Full Moon Gong Bath/Sound Healing and Oil Anointing

The super full moon in November combines the intensified energy of a “supermoon” with the traditional symbolism of November’s full moon (often called the “Beaver Moon,” “Frost Moon,” or even “Mourning Moon”). Because the supermoon amplifies energy, what might otherwise be subtle (inner nudges, hidden feelings) can come to the surface more forcefully under this lunar light. A time to wrap up unfinished business, let go of old attachments, and clear your emotional slate, ground yourself, reassess what supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and strengthen your foundation. And, encourage introspection, inner work, and aligning with deeper values rather than surface desires.

An oil anointing ceremony will take place at the beginning of this sound healing journey. Sacred Oils are powerful tools for healing and expanding consciousness. They form part of an ancient healing tradition that dates back thousands of years. Often people experience a deeper connection with the sound after an oil anointing.

We use a range of different instruments in our meditation sound journey - Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, several different gongs and a range of other percussion instruments.
