Turning Mourning to an Ecstatic Dance” (Ps 30): “Transform this pending cosmic elegy into a creative psalm of peace.” MLK Jr.

Join Rabbi Jamie Arnold from Congregation Beth Evergreen and vocalist, songwriter and prayer-leader Laura Berman on Sunday 7/14 @ 9:30am for Prayerful Music, Contemplative Silence, and Poetic Wisdom for seemingly troubled times. Experience the teachings, music and wisdom from Rabbi Jamie and Laura, and together we can bring peace and joy to our hearts, to our communities, and world.
This historic school started sometime before 1922 and has been serving the Boulder community for over 100 summers, welcoming people of all faiths.

Since moving to Colorado in 2005, Rabbi Jamie Arnold has been an active, effective, and award-winning leader and teacher in the Colorado interfaith community. In addition to his work as the spiritual leader of Congregation Beth Evergreen (CBE) and a core faculty member for The Kabbalah Experience (in Denver), Jamie is a past president of The Interfaith Alliance of Colorado, the current facilitator and host of the Evergreen Interfaith Group, and has recently been collaborating with Laura Berman to create transformative Multifaith initiatives to promote the common good.

Singer, songwriter and prayer-leader Laura Berman offers a vocal and songwriting style reminiscent of the likes of Carole King, infused with a gospel vibration and with soul, vulnerability and a depth of heart allowing her listeners to join her on an inspired and healing musical journey. Laura has five studio albums to date and has toured nationwide, sharing her heart and song at services, conferences and retreats.
