Chaturanga (four limbed staff pose) is common in many classes specifically vinyasa flow style practices and involves moving from high plank into low plank. Proper alignment and modifications are very important to avoid injury. This workshop will focus on warming the body, understanding chaturanga and it's purpose, breaking down the movement, reviewing common misalignments, learning modifications and understanding when to avoid doing it at all.
Although we typically do not allow phone use while practicing yoga, in this workshop phones will be allowed in order to take photos of self to review form and alignment.
