Come on by the Charlotte Regional Farmers market and see us in building A! We have all your favorites! Ribs, bacon, chops, pork loin and sausages of many flavors. We also carry some of the less frequently carried products such as hocks, shanks, feet aka 'trotters', fat back, lard, organs, marrow and neck bones.
Whatever you choose, you can count on succulent, flavorful, heritage breed pork raised in pasture and hardwood/pine forest! Heritage breed pork is very lean and flavorful. Our pork is raised on our farm, 25 minutes away in southern Gaston county. We don't use antibiotics or growth hormones.
