She held a series 6 and series 63 securities license during her time with the mortgage company. Her company worked with over fifty different lenders and brokered 60-70 loans per months. Before exiting, her company had expanded throughout the state of South Carolina with locations in Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, and Hilton Head. Since exiting her mortgage brokerage company, Kelli has performed hundreds of private loan applications. She prides herself with a strict underwriting criterion for lending and has not lost any money with the loans that she has provided to residential and commercial rehabbers.
