Event Layout - 100 Minutes
*activities may vary slightly depending on the city and depending on the cast in attendance. Oftentimes we add in extra vocal performance + story*
Doors Open [3 Minutes]
Guests find their seats for the day. Adults sit in the chairs framing the room. Children most often sit in our big pink square by the stage. Children are welcome to sit with adults in the chairs if feeling shy. You CAN sit by your child.
Event Announcements [3 Minutes]
Staff go through the order of the day, rules, and reminders to ensure a safe and smooth experience.
Royal Entrance [10 Minutes]
Poems are ready in a guessing game fashion to announce the arrival of each princess as they take the stage. 10+ gorgeous princesses will be introduced to celebrate our royal day!
Princess Sing-A-Long [5 Minutes]
A trained vocalist will perform a popular princess song. A beautiful opportunity to see live talent and theatre with your child!
Princess Dance Performance [5 Minutes]
5 princesses take the stage and perform a choreographed dance to a popular princess song. Little ones will be invited to dance along to this fun, interactive song.
Event Announcements [3 Minutes]
Repeat of original announcements for anyone who may have arrived late.
Meet & Greet [33 Minutes]
Time to meet 10+ princesses for photos, autographs, hugs, and general meetings. The average wait time is 3 minutes per princess. Guests during this time can also decorate a tiara at the craft table. Those who pre-ordered a tiara will receive it from a princess at this time.
Return to Stage [1 Minute]
Princess Pokey [3 Minutes]
Dance to warm up for our next set of group activities. Led by princesses on stage. A great time to get your wiggles out as we prepare for our next set of activities together!
Freeze Dance [5 Minutes]
An interactive game featuring the Snow Sisters and dance moves inspired by their friends. This is a group game FAVORITE!
Princess Lessons & Parade [8 Minutes]
Little ones practice 5 moves to incorporate into their princess parade. Princess performers and all children march around for a parade performance for their guardians in attendance.
Dance Party [4 Minutes]
Princesses lead an upbeat dance to one of today’s most popular songs
Frozen Sing-A-Long [5 Minutes]
The Snow Queen leads her most popular song with all attendees singing along!
Group Photo [2 Minutes]
All littles face adults and pose for a group photo with all the princess performers posing behind.
Hugs & Goodbyes [10 Minutes]
A chance to meet any princess you may have missed during meet&greet - or revisit your favorites.
