ELEVATE! will explore Charlie’s acclaimed “Inside Out” approach to performing at your best, helping riders of all levels to apply the growing science of psycho-physiology (mind and body combined) to transform the way riders train and prepare for competition.

Charlie will be tackling some of the big topics surrounding rider performance and dispelling some common myths that so often hold us back.

About Charlie…
Charlie Unwin is a performance psychologist, coach, speaker, and author specialising in human performance across various fields, including elite sport, business, and the military. A former platoon commander in the Army and TeamGB athlete, Charlie has always had a passion for the psychology of high performance and our ability to stay resilient in the face of challenge.
His clients include multiple Olympic Champions, UK Special Forces, England Football, global CEOs and even the World’s Strongest Man! Charlie’s passion, however, lies in equestrian sport because horses provide such a wonderful measure of how well we are able to master ourselves.
Charlie’s last equestrian talk – “State of Mind” – was in 2019/20 and was attended by over 2,000 riders.
