Join me on Sunday 15th February for a holistic yoga class which will combine mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation with a focus on drawing on compassion for yourself and others. The session will support mental focus and a calm mind as well as stretching and strengthening the body. Modifications will be offered to allow all yogis to get the most out of the session. By the end of class, I hope that you will leave feeling calm, present, and confident.Absolute beginners and seasoned yogis are all welcome.
100% of your class payment will be donated to support Al Jawad Camp, an educational camp that provides free services to displaced children in Gaza.
