Broome County Martial Arts is hosting a Charity Wrestling Seminar open to all past and present BCMA students and their families.It will be taught by Rocco Caponi, 3 time ACC champion, 4 time NCAA D1 qualifier, Ohio High School State Champion, high school free style national champion, D1 coach, who led Oneonta State to top ten finish at D3 National Tournament, (and more).
Coach Caponi has asked that to enter the seminar you bring some gloves, hats, coats or blankets that will be donated to The Volunteers of America Upstate New York homeless shelter.
This seminar will be beneficial to absolute beginers of wrestling all the way up to elite wrestlers. it will be great for adults and children of training age. You do NOT want to miss out on this level of wrestling coaching.
If you plan to come please shoot coach Brad an RSVP but if you do not RSVP feel free to show up anyhow! Wear your no-gi uniforms or just sweats and a t-shirt.
