What are we raising money for???
We are a group of local women, who have named our team “The Wild Sows” and we will be venturing 800kms on postie motorbikes in April 2025 to raise money for Wings4Kidz.
Wings4Kidz support regional & remote families by providing air transport for children in regional communities to attend medical appointments. This charity greatly reduces travel time for seriously ill children and their families who are going through unimaginable circumstances.
Wings4Kidz is 100% volunteer based and cannot provide this service without generous support and donations.
As part of our fundraising campaign, we are holding a charity golf day at the Canowindra Golf Club on Saturday 9th November 2024.
The ride that we are undertaking in April is the Never Late Fe-Mail Postie Bike Ride. There are 80 women participating in this event, which will see us ride 800kms on predominately dirt roads through Central West NSW, travelling through Bathurst, Canowindra, Young, Temora, West Wyalong, Forbes, Bogan Gate & Parkes.
