Charity GARAGE SALE ExtravaganzaHow it all works:
The tried and tested good old fashion kiwi Garage Sale with a Extravaganza twist!!!! Here’s a few simple points:
This is a FUNDRAISING event. All profits will go to either your personal riders page (you bank this) or to Glenn Fulcher’s Personal Riders page (Trustee for JGC and Rider - your host for the Garage Sale event).
If your riding in the Napier to Wellington Scooter Challenge, you are allowed to host a stall. Its $25 to set up your stall and you will need to bring EVERYTHING, including a table to sell from. You’ll have around 3m square to sell from.
The $25 stall holder fee will all go to Social Media Marketing and Signage for the Garage Sale. NOTE: some money may go towards end of sale DUMP fees.
If you don’t want to sell on the day but have goods to donate, please drop these off to Furniture Clearance Co in the week leading up to 22nd Feb. Remember, no rubbish!!! items we can sell to raise money for JGC Charity.
Items required: Bikes, Books, Clothing (brands not crappy rags), Shoes (good shoes), Games/Puzzles, Tools, Appliances, Toys, Music, Garden Tools, Crockery and Bric Brac.
Float and Funds - if you have a stall, you are responsible for your pricing, a float, and working the morning frisking people of as much money as you can. You then place on to your Scooter Riders fundraising page via a online donation.
No food or drinks to be sold by any stall holders EXCEPT Glenn Fulcher, event organiser.
Be prepared to group items and do deals! we want this to be a win win where people enjoy the bargains and we make some money for charity.
Expect the event to be over by 12 noon
Spread the word, tell all to come visit and rummage for a bargain.
REMEMBER: All funds raised go to the Charity to please support.
