Join us for a special charity yoga event benefiting the Edmonton Burn Treatment Society! Experience a soothing 75-minute relaxation flow, Yin class, designed to calm your mind and nourish your body. We'll start with gentle flow movements and finish with Yin-inspired poses and meditation.
Your class contribution is by donation, with all funds directly supporting this worthy cause. We kindly ask for a minimum donation of $10.00. Come together for a meaningful practice and make a difference in the lives of others.
Please ensure you bring a mat, water bottle, and a blanket for ultimate relaxation. Arrive 15 minutes before class time to settle in and prepare for a rejuvenating experience.
