Flow & Yin Yoga Class

Date: September 7 Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be accepted.)

Location: Parati Wellness Center

Discover the perfect balance of yang and yin in this unique yoga session. Start with dynamic flows to energize and strengthen your body, then transition into calming Yin poses that promote deep relaxation and flexibility. This class is designed for all levels and promises to leave you feeling both revitalized and deeply centered. A minimum donation of $10 is required for participation, with all proceeds going to the Women for Wishes campaign under Make-A-Wish Canada. Let's unite our breath and intentions to help grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses!

• Online Waiver: All participants must fill out our online waiver prior to class. You can find the waiver here.
• What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and your yoga mat.
