CHARITY CHRISTMAS CONNECTION & BREATHWORK BYRON

This Christmas, join us for a morning of community connection and energising breathwork, hosted by alignwithalanna x croi connection. Christmas can be a difficult time for many, especially for those living abroad who don't get to spend Christmas with their family. We want to offer a space for people to come together, connect, and support those in need.

All proceeds from this event will go to the Irish Support Agency, who provide support to Irish families and individuals facing illness, grief, mental health challenges, domestic violence, and homelessness all over New South Wales.
