Mark your calendar for my actually birthday Heels Class January 3, 7-9pm. I will break down a routine for you and you are in good hands I promise lol and we will record it. You can wear heels, you can wear tennis shoes, you can bring knee pads. There are plenty of options and I will have modifications for you. I will make sure that you are safe and sound.
