Everyone loves Christmas wreaths. Imagine one made of charcuterie.
A holiday treat that is delicious, beautiful and fun to make.Join local chef and food artist Meredith Bonny of Rosemary Fresh as she walks you through artisan charcuterie board making and leave with a creation almost too pretty to eat.
For this class you will have two designs to choose from… because everyone has their own favorites. One board is heavier on gourmet meats… the other has more cheeses. One has green grapes… the other purple. You decide which one you want to make to bring home that night. Both have chocolate!! No need to decide that now as you can choose during the workshop.
You will be an active participant in this class, learning as you go where to buy the best local ingredients and how to display them.
When you leave you don’t just leave with your board… but the knowledge of how to recreate what you have made all holiday season.
Meredith will provide the boards and all the ingredients. You bring the creativity and fun.
Cost for the event (including your Admission to the Festival of Trees) is $125 per person. Participants get to keep their boards.
To purchase the same artisan charcuterie made by Meredith would cost $150 so this is a great deal in support of the Festival of Trees.
Ticket price includes wooden charcuterie board, food & flowers for board, light snacks, and admission to the Festival of Trees. Cash bar to be open as well.
