Join Chef Jordan for a lovely workshop evening. You will discuss meats, cheeses, preserves and how to make them. You will learn which local farm some of the products are from. Along with choosing and pairing wines with different meats and cheeses. You will explore different ways to set up for holiday parties and leave with your own created charcuterie board.
